Chilled Raspberry Shooters

I found this DELICIOUS recipe online a few years ago on I Can Cook That.org. I made Mitch dinner at my house as a first date and I thought that these shooters would be perfect for a light dessert. They are so simple to make and they only take seconds to devour... I definitely recommend having more than one ;)

Let's get started!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons cranberry juice
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar
3 pints plus 6 fresh raspberries, divided
2/3 cups french vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon whipped topping, divided

Add the cranberry juice, raspberries, and sugar into a blender. Cover and blend. Next you will want to get out a strainer and strain the liquid to remove all of the raspberry seeds. Next you will want to stir in 2/3 cup yogurt and then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After the 2 hours is up, pour the mixture into 6 shot glasses. Garnish with some whipped cream, raspberry, and some fresh mint!

Voila!
